Artemis: the Greek Goddess of transformation, representing the power to change, adapt and move forward
Artemis is also the programme name for the latest Nasa mission - with the ambitious goal to put the first woman and the first person of colour on the moon and discover more about space to work towards a goal of getting to Mars. This bold ambition represents everything we want to be at Artemis Thrive - aiming high and supporting organisations and individuals to thrive through change - through a unique combination of leadership development and coaching.

We support leaders to build cultures which thrive on change. For individuals, we provide transformational coaching and development with the overarching aim of driving you to thrive in a way that is authentic to you allowing you to embrace change in work and life.
Meet our team
Chloe Fletcher - Coach & Coaching Programme Lead
Chloe discovered the transformative power of coaching to fulfil both her personal and career ambitions during her 20+ year career as a finance leader in the retail and consumer goods industry. With her warm and authentic leadership style, Chloe has guided large, diverse teams through significant organisational transformation at both Cadbury and ASDA. She prioritizes a person-centric approach, firmly believing that unleashing individuals' potential is the catalyst for genuine transformation.
Chloe’s career path has been marked by numerous transitions and challenges, including a relocation post-redundancy, two periods of maternity leave, leading large teams through changes of ownership and cultural change and the establishment of her own purpose led business. This diverse background positions Chloe as a valuable ally in supporting teams and individuals through a range of personal and career intersections.
Chloe is an ICF trained coach with Barefoot. She has also completed ‘Leading Change for Business Transformation’ at the London Business School.
Chloe won commendation in the Northern Power Women Mentor of the Year 2024. She is also a mum of two and a flexible working advocate. She is a Trustee of Emerging Voices, a mental health music charity, demonstrating her commitment to supporting well-being beyond the boardroom.
Meet our team
Laura Walker - Leadership Development Programme Lead
Laura has a long and varied career in Finance leadership - including leading a large Shared Service team, internationally dispersed teams and leading large scale transformation programmes. Her career was punctuated by a series of development moves - working in many diverse teams during a decade and a half at Asda. She experienced the power of people centred leadership and had the opportunity to work with inspiring leaders, which shaped her desire to learn, progress and develop.
Laura has a huge energy for learning and development and her core specialism is leadership for cultural change, with a particular interest in psychological safety, growth mindset and relationships development. Having led large scale transformation programmes at Asda, she is well placed to advise and support on the need to put people at the heart of your business transformation.
Laura has trained at the London Business School in Leading Change for Organisational Transformation.
Outside of work, Laura is passionate about social justice and is hugely passionate about the third and voluntary sector. She is is a Trustee and Treasurer of Leeds Citizens Advice and Older Citizens Advocacy York and sits on teh advisory board of Charterpath.
For fun, she likes to run a long way on muddy trails!
